Payment and Refund
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- PayPal.
- Bank Transfers (for larger orders or special arrangements).
- Gift Cards or Store Credit (if applicable).
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
- All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
FULL PAYMENT REQUIREMENT
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We will not ship or process orders until payment is complete and verified.
CURRENCY
- All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. The exchange rate is determined by your payment provider at the time of the transaction.
TAXES
- Sales tax will be charged based on your shipping address and applicable state/country laws. The final amount, including taxes, will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
- We do not offer installment payment options at this time. All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
- In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 business days. Chargebacks will be contested if we believe a transaction was valid.
DECLINED OR FAILED PAYMENTS
- If your payment is declined or fails, we will notify you and request an alternative payment method. Your order will not be processed until successful payment is received.
PRE-ORDERS
- For pre-ordered items, payment is taken at the time the order is placed. Your item will be shipped once it becomes available.
DISPUTES
- Any payment disputes must be resolved within 30 days of the transaction.
- Please contact our customer service team to initiate a dispute or for questions regarding your payment.
